EDEL was built by Uniqum Astana, part of the SANA group – one of Kazakhstan’s largest holdings – which has a number of construction projects to its name.
SANA Group is a multi-sectorial construction and industrial holding with a diversified network of production facilities throughout Kazakhstan. Its core areas of business include the construction of residential estates and industrial facilities, the production of beer and soft drinks, the growing of cereals, grain storage, and the construction and reconstruction of roads.
Business diversification allows the holding to resist negative fluctuations in the market and fulfil new investment projects.
SANA Group’s multiple assets, the professionalism of its employees, and its significant experience and reputation are factors that guarantee the high quality of projects.
The holding entered the local civil construction market in 2004. During this time, it has built three residential estates, with a total area of approximately 200,000 sq m.
In 2009, the company constructed the SANA Residential Estate, of which it is especially proud. The estate was named after the holding, whose trust in the success of the project made it happen. The Kazakh word “sana” means “reason” or “sense”, and we’re convinced that this name will bring success to all our future undertakings.
